Positive: Great communication with Marta before and after arrival. The kitchen was accommodated with all kinds of utensils--everything you could imagine wanting to use in a kitchen--and also a dishwasher & washing machine with detergent for each. There was even an organized folder with all the appliance manuals in it. A storeroom downstairs contained useful household items: broom/dustpan, mop/bucket, shopping basket (which could be used as a laundry basket), iron and ironing board... Linens, sheets, comforters, liquid soap, shampoo, hairdryer and wooden hangers were provided, and there was plenty of space in drawers and closets to store items. Indoor and outdoor furniture was clean and inviting, the beds were very comfortable, parking was perfect inside the patio and the location was very tranquil. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay.
Negative: The windows in the basement bedroom were up very high and couldn't be reached. If there had been a step stool, we would have used it to open them. All the other windows were easily accessible, and there were many windows to ventilate the rest of the house. Also, there was no bathroom in the basement and it would have been nice not to have to climb the stairs in the middle of the night. The bedrooms upstairs had their own bathroom.

Positive: Clean and comfortable, even if a bit cramped. Parking for two cars.
Negative: In the living room near the TV, there is a WiFi "security" camera which could be used to observe us. This kind of camera is possibly illegal if the tenant is not informed beforehand. We were not informed verbally or through booking.com about it. Also, booking.com policy explicitly prohibits it: https://partner.booking.com/en-us/legal/requirements-and-regulations-surveillance-devices (Where are surveillance devices not allowed? Private areas: Areas of the property that are exclusively rented by guests.) Other than that, it should be mentioned that there was a 190 Euro safety deposit required for us to receive the keys. It was refunded within a week after we left.
